Do I need to download the app?

No. Everything works right in your phone's browser. Any smartphone camera can scan QR codes without extra apps.

Do I need to pay a subscription fee?

No. You pay only once when buying the tag. Your data will always be available. No hidden fees.

Can I change the tag details after activation?

No, the data cannot be changed after activation. Please make sure to check everything carefully before saving.

Can I register multiple tags to one phone number?

Yes, you can. There is no limit to how many tags you can link. The finder will see whichever number was specified when activating that specific tag.
